Idebenone
Idebenone is being touted by many people as the next 'wrinkle cream breakthrough.' This chemical compound (closely related to co-enzyme CoQ-10) is said to reduce the the formation of sun burn cells and thus reduce the aging process. Studies have suggested that Idebenone provides additional protection well beyond a standard sunblock.
Idebenone is also being touted as a breakthrough in the treatment of several other medical ailments, including Alzheimer's Disease, stroke, and organ damage, though we have not researched these claims thoroughly.
Our list of the top Idebenone wrinkle creams is available below:
1. LifeCell Anti-Wrinkle Cream
Rating: 4 ½ Stars
LifeCell's active ingredients include several antioxidants, idebenone, (a chemical compound reputed to be incredibly effective at shielding the skin from burns and injury) and Acetyl Hexapeptide-3.
As far as we know, this is the only anti-aging cream currently available to offer both Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 and Idebenone. It's a potent combination that we'd love to see other wrinkle creams incorporate.
Awarded special recognition for "Ingredients Potency."

2. Prevage by Elizabeth Arden
Rating: 4 ½ Stars
With a well-known company like Elizabeth Arden behind it, you'd expect Prevage to perform well, and it didn't disappoint. Prevage has the same active ingredient - Idebenone - found in Prevage MD which is only available from your dermatologist. The only difference is that Prevage has a concentration of .5% instead of 1.0% (several commentators have stated that the results of idebenone at .5% and a 1.0% are identical).
In a study of 107 consumers over eight weeks, 81% of test subjects using Prevage saw a "significant improvement in their skin's appearance."
